“My journey as a racial reconciler began in college with an experience called Sankofa- a three-day bus trip exploring Civil Rights sites throughout the South. My roommate and I went through this experience together, and I was never the same. Since then, I’ve worked with Brenda Salter McNeil, earned a Masters in Social Justice, and directed a short-term missions site on the west-side of Chicago, where I created interactive opportunities for young people to engage issues of poverty, injustice and race. Now I have the pleasure of collaborating with various Christian ministries who are moving forward a vision of racial reconciliation and socioeconomic understanding. My day job is working with Willow Creek Community Church’s Chicago Campus as their Multicultural Ministry Specialist. Whether speaking, training, facilitating dialogue or planning strategies, I love the messy work of reconciliation.”

“In a nutshell, I’m an Oklahoma boy now residing in the South. I am a passionate follower of Christ, and have the privilege of leading and directing a movement of young leaders called Catalyst. We see our role as equipping, inspiring, and releasing the next generation of young Christian leaders, and do this through events, resources, consulting, content and connecting a community of like-minded Catalysts all over the world. I appreciate the chance to continually connect with and collaborate alongside leaders.”

“This is my personal blog. It is focused on “intentional leadership.” My mission is to help leaders leverage their influence. As a result, I write on personal development, leadership, productivity, platform, and publishing. On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.”
