Silence

Last week, a student asked me what my typical response was when I get angry.

I told her that I typically isolated myself and shut down. I stop speaking for fear that I will say something that I regret.

And that is why I have been silent on the blog. While I want this to be a place to clear my mind and be honest with my readers, I’ve got to be wise. Honestly, ever post I considered writing was rooted in a lot of pain and anger and was probably laced with judgement.

So I don’t regret not writing but I can’t be silent for too long, so I’m back.

This week look for posts about some exciting updates in my life and some candid thoughts on discipleship.

It’s good to be back.
